I must admit, that one of the main reasons I have visited Anguilla these past 2 years are the number of fantastic restaurants on the island. Each one has it's own charm whether on the water or inland. Anguilla just recently (last week in fact) won the team gold in the Caribbean Culinary Chefs competion, and also took the gold for the indivdual chef's award.That's some feat for such a small island, well done guys.
Anyway enough of me blabing lets see some of this wonderful food.
