We chartered Footprints for 4 hours and went around the Island. Stopping here and there on the way.The couple that run it were so nice and friendly.Captain Ritz and Carmen. We really had a great 4 hours with them, and viewed Anguilla in a completley different way looking in from the sea. I will post some photos with those types of views from time to time on the blog

Serenity

Spent a real relaxed morning on the beach there. They do wonderful stress free laid eggs.I had mine over easy with toast. Very tasty indeed. We had the small beach area to ourselves, had a look around the property too.Just around the corner from the beach you come to Gwen's then the Malakh Day Spa.

Pyrat Rum

Although not in The Valley, I included a photo from the Pyrat Rum.I bought the Savage Pistol (Orange Liquer Rum) for a present, but I kept going back to taste the 1623 Cask, 3 times in fact. That's the one by the Walnut Box.It truly is a wonderful rum, as good as a cognac.Well the price had me yes, no, yes, no, yes, no.You get the picture.I finally caved in and bought it for an Xmas present to myself !!! $180 USD, but worth I think, I hope.

Valley Bistro
